Hi Everyone my name is Darlene and I'm new to this site/forum. I purchased my first corn snake today, an Amelenistic hatched in late August. She is beautiful and I'm already in love with the idea of raising corns. Before I purchased, I spent over a month researching and visiting all the pet stores withen an hours drive. This little girl really caught my eye, her coloring is amazing. I wish I had a better picture to share, but this is the best I could do tonight.
I do have some questions though if anyone could help me out.
First off, as they grow how much of a color change will I see, will the bright almost neon shades of orange fade?
Secondly, if I were to purchase another corn in about a month from now, would it be ok to house them together asuming they are at the most a month in age apart?
Third, any recommendations of a dealer who ships frozen pinkies/mice?
BTW, what does everyone think of the name moonfire? I want something fire or bright sounding, like sunfire or glow... any ideas?
