Just in case it gets hectic and I don't get to log on:
Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone!! :spinner:

Happy Turkey Day to everyone. The only one getting stuffed should be the turkey. Eat light, eat all day long. Enjoy.

I'll be at work 6AM-2PM!! (And the day after, and the day after) Gotta pay for the new thermostats! Happy Thanksgiving to my snakees- no more wild temp swings!

Saw a pic in our local bus paper about Bush saving a pair of Turkey's as a thanksgiving tradition? Thats kinda cute lol made me laugh kinda like he can feel sympathy for a fellow Turkey lol

Exactly. As I read somewhere else, it was a "professional courtesy". ;)

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! (Go Packers!)

I'll say my "HAPPY THANKSGIVING!" now as well. My Mom is finally letting someone other than her cook on Thanksgiving (I get that job now...Yippee!?) and we also have some out-of-town relatives that are coming. I'll probably still get a chance to get on here at some point, but I'm just covering all bases just in case of an emergency. If my children don't start using what brains they hopefully inherited from me, I may have to just kill them and buy more snakes. Snakes at least have instinct going for them.

Susan, Susan....you're looking at it all wrong. Don't kill them; it costs too much to dispose of the bodies.

Sell them into slavery. More revenue = more snakes. ;)

Oh! I have such a great crack to add to that one, but since tomorrow's Thanksgiving I'll keep the peace here and save it for the rough and tumble family table tomorrow, lol.

Happy Thanksgiving guys! My favorite holiday....

Ah yes, this is about a month later than I typically celebrate. We do the turkey in Canada in October.. Since this still feels like Autum to me, its all right.. I started this evening, creating the stuffing pretty well from scratch.. Sorry but stove top stuffing does not cut it here.. The stuffing makes the bird, and the stuffing recipe has been handed down to its third generation.. Teaching the oldest ( she helped this evening ) the ole family secret ( she would make fourth Gen.. ), hoping that it will at least be some sort of family legacy I can pass on down for yet another generation to learn and savour..

The harvest is finished and now we look forward to the winter monthes, and brumation.. Happy Thanksgiving my friends, as we have lots to be thankful for.. My thoughts and prayers go to the men and woman of the military who I helped train over the last year. God Bless and God Speed..

Regards.. Tim of T and J

Ya know, I was flipping through my calendar about a week ago and noticed Canadian Thanksgiving fell last month. I figured I'd go bother my Vancouver friend Willow about it (who I took a road trip to visit in July...I luhvs teh Canada). Any particular reason why it falls then?

Oh, and Happy Turkeh Day everyone!
