Ghost Bloodreds - Male & Female color comparison

Piper

New member
The male has developed a beautiful pink / peach color to him within the last several months. The female has no pink at all. Male is 60g, female is 70g.

They are housed separately, I only placed them together today for color comparison purposes in the photos. Enjoy!!

I really like that female, but I'm impartial to Pewters and Phantoms, so that's a nice inbetween color

Thanks for the comments  These 2 are both fantastic eaters, they strike & constrict their f/t food items.

I'll post more comparison photos after they mature a bit more :) I have all my corn photos saved & archived so I can check back on them, lol. I am too organized.

Ahhhhh . . . they are stunning . . . :p That's one of my future goals, and it's nice to see such fantastic examples! It's interesting the way their coloring is so different, do you think it's a male/female thing? How old are they?

Few more photos of my 1.1 GhostBloodreds taken today. Female is 105g & is grey, male is 100g & has the pink color.

Does anyone else have Ghost Bloodred photos to post? I'm interested if other males are showing a pink wash as they mature.
