New Coorrnn!

Migeoo

.. a chirpy cherry!
Hey Guys,

I thought I would quickly introduce myself and my new corn snake!

I have been wanting a snake for around two years now, after my parents forbid me having a scaley friend in the house! I now live with my boyfriend in our own home, and as a big shock and surprise to me... he bought me a little corn snake for my birthday! Wooo!

She is a anery corn snake, and obviously a female. I don't know really what to say about her! She is feeding and shedding well. She loves being handled and is veerryyyy friendly. Oh, Oh... her name is Bertie.. don't ask!

:grin01: :shrugs: :grin01:

Nice snake, great gift.
I have to agree with Cat obviously a girl????? Also a tip next time you might want to hold still so we can see the snake. susang

The 'obviously a female', came from the fact that I said 'she'.. so obviously she is a female lol

:puke01:
Our question at the 'obviously female', stemmed from the fact not that you called it a she because many assign a sex without knowing what sex it is. So did you have it poped or probed?

I see. Well, I didn't have the snake poped or probed. The breeder who brought the snake, told me what sex it was.

For anyway who may be interested, I took her to a exotic vet and the vet said she was in excellent health and was lovely.. he even had pictures of her with him, since he kept saying he'd not seen such a beautiful snake in a long time! He was australian, and was passionate about snakes.

Great she is beautiful, I am so selfish though I would love to see a still of her. Sorry my old eyes can't focus on all the motion. Please, please a still photo. thanks, susang

I will definetly get a still of her. I was just getting her out, and she seems to be abit more quicker and jumpy than she normally is.. very oddddd.

I THINK her eyes seem abit more cloudy than before.. and her last recorded shed was over a month ago.. so maybe shedding?

Hello, welcome to the forum, I'm sure you will meet some loverly people here at Cs.com, I personally have and I hope your snake grows and stays healthy for you, Snakes are great pets, interesting, generally friendly and easy to keep, what more could you ask for? :D
