I took these a while back and the battery died before I got photos of all the kids.. This rainy weekend, I was rummaging around the room and found my charger, so here they are. It's nice to see the sun even if it's just in pics..

Zamora is the Amel
Diana the Amel Blood
Hattie the Normal
Exene the Bloodred
Candy is the Amel Stripe het Butter

The little zigzag snow is my friends, I was babysitting, lol. I had to include the picture, cause she turned feral after about 5 minutes in the little oak tree. Very cute.

Cute snake pics, and very nice oranges!
I couldn't help but get the Blue Oyster Cult song 'Burnin' for you' stuck in my head when I read the title.

Snakes in the oak tree,
snakes in the orange

just has kinda the same ring to it as

Home in the valley,
home in the city...

Very nice pics! I can't wait until it's warm enough here for me to bring my snakes outside for some fun shots :0)

Don't know the song, but I was kind of humming that title in a 'sing songy' voice as I thought of what to title the thread.

And one more to really show off the oranges, haha. This tree is no bigger than 3.5 feet tall, I'm surprised it's holding up with all that fruit!
A little :-offtopic but there is a snake in this picture, lol.

Your snake is so orange it makes the lemon look yellow lol.. Very pretty snakes and pics. It has been raining here also , I am so enjoying it :)

Or it makes the orange look like a lemon?
I really like the snakes, but the orange tree rocks! (That's my inner horticulture geek speaking)

I meant makes the orange look yellow lol... OOOPs ;)

They still are a little yellow actually.. and sour. But they are very juicy now and I think the sugars will concentrate as the color comes up. I have a bottle of vodka and a manual juicer though just waiting for them to get ripe!
And thankfully the orange is fading on the snake! Oranges are probably the worst background for showing a fire's color, but I loved the picture so I went for it..
