starsevol

Cohabbing is cruelty...
I'm excited! This girl and her mate are both normals het for hypo, lavender and diffused and possibly het for amel, anery and charcoal. There were 4 slugs but at least 15 other eggs. Not bad for a first timer!

Wow that is a beautiful clutch of eggs! Considering the hets, I bet the next 60 days will drive you crazy. :)

Congratulations on the successful laying, I wanna see these eggies hatch, should be very interesting , if the wait doesn't drive you mad first :crazy02:

Best wishes,

I checked the eggs this morning and one of the eggs is slit! I can't see the pippy but I'm really excited!!

Well, I just got home. Today was a longggggg day at work! None of the other eggs have pipped yet, and this little one is not fully emerged. But, apparently both parents are het for amel. There was a 50% chance of each single parent being het for amel, so I guess it was a 25% chance BOTH were het. But this kid has intense colors and a grey head, and doesn't look like a typical amel. Both parents are definately het for diffused, so it could be a fire! I will check for belly checks as soon as it comes out!

I'm PSYCHED!!!

COMES OUT! I can't wait that long!:headbang: Squeeze the little sucker, make him hurry up and show himself. Just kidding.:grin01: Although there have been times those very thoughts have run through my head. Luckily the sane half of my self prevails. LOL Congrats on your pip. Looking forward to full body shots.

....sigh.... No pippies to show us????? ... sigh.... They are probably waiting for me to head off to Kansas City.

Ginger, I'll bet they are! As of this morning there are still no more slit eggs, and the one pippy is being a poop and just sitting there with its head out. I WILL take pics....as soon as it's out though!

Well, considering I'm at work and both the pippy and my camera are at home....
But I will take piccies tonight, it "should" be out by then I hope!

LOL Of course it will be... I'll be on my way to Kansas City. I'm taking my laptop, hopefully, I'll find time to steal a few minutes to log on while I'm there.
