Hello, I live in NM and I just recently bought an albino Corn Snake for my daughter for her 4th birthday. She's been really excited about it, and we've named him Zeke (though we don't know if it's a boy or a girl, it's still only a baby).

She treats Zeke with a lot of care, though she does tend to be over exuberant. We were hoping that getting her a pet will help calm her down and be more focused on things.
 
Hello and welcome!!! My niece is 4 but I wouldn't let her near my snake... She needs something more sturdy, like a hermit crab. lol.

Welcome! I think it is great that you're using a snake as positive reinforcement with your daughter. Congrats on some progressive thinking there.

if you have any questions, feel free to ask anyone on the board. there is no such thing as stupid questions, at least, not when the health or well being of your snake is involved.

we all love pics here, and might be able to tell you more about what kind of corn snake you bought (you said albino, but there are so many different kinds of albino)
