If You Were Allowed Only One, Which Would It Be?

Suppose some Draconian law in the U.S. (or your country) made it illegal to own more than one cornsnake. :eek1: Which morph would you choose as your pet snake, assuming that the prices for all of them were the same? Breeders are definitely welcome to state their choice, as it's probably an especially difficult decision for them to make with the so many beautiful animals they're accustomed to.

I keep going back to a vibrantly colored, evenly patterned Okeetee the more I research the more than 100 morphs... My choice therefore would be some variety of OKEETEE, not necessarily Abbott's...

Other snakes considered before making my decision were Tesseras, Crimsons, Ultramels, Golddusts, and Sunglow Motleys. Are there any other threads with a similar theme? The results should be interesting and enlightening!

Thanks!

Dan :)

I really love the Topaz corn snake I've seen in pictures. The smooth yellows, and greenish eyes really appeal to me.
Runners up, Ghost Bloodreds, Striped Butters, and Hypo lavenders. None of which I own, the closest is my Anery Bloodred (not ghost though), but he's still amazing.

*gasp* only ONE? Man, the thought gives me heart trouble! Ok, if I had to only choose one...it would be my younger female Phantom. I LOVE this snake!

Definetly a Hypo Lav or a Bubblegum Snow. Not sure which but I think both are just beautiful!

It would have to be something gray....probably a hypo striped pewter.

But if I was to choose one that I already own, it would be my first snake Apollo, he's a normal.

Only one choice; take your time... :dgrin: It's a difficult decision, isn't it? You can mention your "followups" afterwards...

Dan :D

I think I would have to go with a charcoal motley (anery type b) corn... but it would be a very sad day if only one were permitted... if you own two homes can you have two corns?

Ok, if I could only keep one of the corns I have now, it would be a tough decision, but I think Cherry would win. She is just the sweetest snake, ever. She never does anything stressful to me.

If I had to choose one morph that I currently own, or could reasonably afford, it would be a bloodred stripe, like Ruby:

Or maybe a perfect lavblood like Lily:

And if I could have any one cornsnake, without limits, I would pick a lavablood.

I could never ever make that decision!!! :nope:

If I could choose anything I want not thinking how much would it cost (or if anyone has produced one yet), these would be on top of my list:

- Very TOP of the line Milk Snake phase miami with the palest silvery background ever!
- Very pink and peachy Coral Snow Stripe
- Ultramel Charcoal Motley (don't even know what it would look like!)
- Patternless stripe Whiteout (diffused blizzard)

And if I would have to choose one from those I currently own....it would be....ummmm....either Lillan (fire cube) or Taisto (miami phase).

I'm not good with decisions like this, because I always want it all! :D

Well all things considered, I believe I would keep the Amber Blood Reds. That line seems to have combined all the really positive traits of both lines into one line. And I have always really enjoyed working with Ambers, so these are actually a step up from them, in all respects.

If it were out of the snakes I have right now..Maize would win..my normal :)...If I had a choice not including the ones I own right now then it would be a lavandar corn :)

Tough decision, and it's something that hasn't been created yet, but if I had to have only one corn snake, it would be something along the line of a dilute anery Sunkissed stripe with lots of pink and yellow.
