Hi! Could be just some stuck shed in the nostril. Don't panic too much. If you begin to hear wheezing, seeing drainage from the mouth or nose or him sitting with his mouth open take him to the vet to make sure he's not gotten a respiratory infection. But I'm guessing it's probably just some stuck shed.
