I can take him outside this early? I thought I would have to wait until he was an adult. I have so much to learn but your advice along the way has helped me a lot.

My brother uses a cell phone camera, too. I have noticed that his outdoor photos are much better than indoor ones. So you might try taking them in bright, outdoor light.
From what I can see in the photo, he looks like a normal corn. He will look more normal to you once his colors start to develop more in a few months. -
