Hi, Cornsnake Lovers,
I just found this forum today and think I will learn lots from this community about the care and love of corn snakes. I acquired my first, a year old Reverse Okeetee as seen in my avatar, last August at a local reptile exhibit. I also got at the same time a smaller recently hatched Creamsickle that has since escaped and gone missing somewhere in my building. ( So much for uninformed newbies making bonehead mistakes - the lid was not on as securely as I have since learned it should have been.) I am wondering when I should give up of this lost little guy as he has now been missing since December 2, 2011. Can he possibly survive on his own with little access to food or water all that time?
