My male has not ate in 10 weeks. Should I be concerned? He normally goes about 6 weeks in the spring. He looks fine no drastic weight loss and breathing seems normal. His activity has been normal. I tried cutting slits In back of mouse at feeding. :shrugs:

I just picked up a piece of pvc tubing that is 2" diameter and abt 18" long. I was wondering if it is safe to use as a hide. My Okee is about 4ft and 460g. i tried a search and found nothing.

I have a male Okee who is 388g and about 4ft long. He is 21 mths old. The feeders I have average about 24g and he is fed weekly. I will be buying new feeders next month and wondering if a should go up to the next size. I only have one snake.:confused:

My basement gets in the mid 50's in Jan and Feb. Is it ok to use those reptile night bulbs such as Exo-Terra Night-glo Moonlight Bulbs or Incandescent Night Black Bulbs by R-Zilla. Since the snake is active at night I don't want to restrict his moving around in his 55 gal viv. :shrugs:

I was just wondering is it possible to have an anery okeetee? One with thick black borders and saddles with different shades of grey. Just curious, I think it would be cool. :shrugs:

My Abbotts Okee turned one on 7/12/10. He received his new home, a 55 gallon tank. He weighed in at 130 grams and is about 32 inches long. Hope you enjoy the photos. My camera is not the best. :cheers:

I was wondering if a 55 gal was a good size tank for a permanent home. I was concerned about the width. The tank is 48L x 13W X 20H. Is this to narrow? My Okee is currently in a 10 gal. He is between 2-2.5 ft. I was planning to upgrade his home.:shrugs:

My snake weighs in at 40g. I was wondering if it is OK to feed a small fuzzie(5-6g) and pinkie(3g). I have a few leftovers of each size. I only have 1 snake. I just did not want to waste them before moving on up to hoppers. Thanks in advance.

My 6 mth old Okee refused to eat yesterday and today. I guess I should wait 2 or 3 days and try again. He has always ate every 5 days. Could this just be a phase? Warm side is 83 and cool side 74. He always eats in a seperate container. He is on double pinks should I try just one next time...

This is my Abbott's Okee first shed since I got him on 12/16/09. The shed was complete in 1 piece. He are a few pictures. He was not to cooperative, squirming all over the place. :spinner:

I came home from work to find a present in the viv, a perfect shed. It was one piece and complete with the head. I took pictures but cannot find the USB cable for the camera. He weighed in today at 24g.

This is the first shed since I received my snake. I am concerned because at night the ambient temp in the viv goes down to the low 60's, it is in my basement. Last night the snake curled up on the driftwood and he was still there as of this posting. He was cold to touch. The warm side is...
