    new owner quick question

    Hi, I have an under tank heater, does the depth of the substrate affect the temp much? I have bark at over an inch deep. I don't have a regular thermometer but have a sticker type thermo at each end and during the day with the light on my temp is fine, just worried about those few hours over...
