    '10 charcoal - new baby!

This is my first corn, a charcoal from Kathy Love. I snapped a quick shot while she was in her deli cup before letting her be. She arrived in blue...can't wait to see her after she sheds!

    Problems with females?

I'm getting a female corn snake soon (my first snake) and just read something about some females dying because of problems with their eggs? I have no idea what they were talking about and I'm really confused. Can someone clear this up for me?

    yet another heating question...

I have a 20 long and a UTH, but the warm side is only about 75 degrees. Should I add a heat lamp? How much will that warm up the tank, and how are those controlled? (My thermostat should arrive tomorrow).

20 or 40 really too big?

I've heard all the time that putting a young snake in a 20 gallon or even a 40 gallon causes stress that can kill the snake. Is this true? I'm not sure how many tanks I can afford to buy, here :)

    Making a Lid

I'm getting a corn snake soon, and have the tank I need and all the supplies almost ready. I was going to buy a Zilla lid for my tank, but found out that the dimensions are all wrong and it's not a perfect rectangle, either. I'd rather make my own screen lid than buy a new tank. Anyone know how?

    Sizing question

Hello, I will be getting a corn snake soon and wanted to ask kind of a newb question...I'm trying to get a feel for how large the adults are. Don't worry, I'm ready to handle any size he or she grows to, I'm simply curious. If you don't mind posting pictures of you with your adult, fully grown...
