    Any DIY hide ideas?

I'm running out of ideas of things to make to keep my gal entertained, as she's an active and curious little thing. She's got a few tissue boxes with toilet paper rolls on top and even a pyramid of TP rolls, but they've grown old. I need some fresh ideas! I don't want to go the styrofoam route...

    Snake Being a Bugger

So, my snake Peaches was supposed to feed Mar. 16th, but didn't so I assumed she was going into shed - which she did. She finally came out of shed on the 26th, so I tried to feed her that day however she didn't eat. I figured "eh, too soon after I guess" so I've waited a couple days and fed her...

    Just a Quick Pic

Of my Amel girl, Peaches! You may recall she ate aspen in this thread, but she's fine and dandy! This is a pic of her just after I fed her two fuzzies, I did buy some hoppers but then she went into shed. I hoped she would be a little bigger after her shed but she isn't. I held a hopper still in...

Corn ate piece of aspen along with mouse...

So, I was feeding Peaches my corn today and when she was swallowing the end of her fuzzie, a piece of aspen got stuck to the wet mouse, and just as I quickly reached in to take it off, she panicked and swallowed it. Will she have any effects from it? Anything I can do? Will she regurg it? I...

Moving a cornsnake a long distance?

What should I do to safely move my snake? I have to go on a 12hour drive with an overnight stop or two at the end of October, and I'm unsure as to how to make this trip not very stressful for my Peaches :) I assumed I could put her in a bin with air holes and add a water dish and a hide, but...

    Bummed.

So, in January I found a local corn snake breeder. "Finally!" I thought. She told me she wouldn't have any babies until april, and had no snakes for sale, so she asked if I could wait. I said I could -- it would give me time to gather the supplies and whatnot. She said she would have babies in...

    Aw, man.

I just noticed something. UTH's say to use with glass tanks only, and my 48g(did my own measuring and found out it's bigger than I thought) is acrylic. D: What the heck do I do now? Are UTH's fine to use on acrylic tanks? I refuse to use anything other than an UTH, because flex-watt and heat...

    How's my tank size?

I've got a 40 gallon long, which is 48 x 12 x 16. I was thinking of getting a 55g for when my future snake is full grown, but then I was like wait... that's only one inch more of floorspace. Is what I have good enough for an adult, do you think? I'm going to be getting mine as a hatchling in...

    Better UTH?

What UTH is better, Repti-Therm or Zilla? I say those brands because its the only two I have to choose from at Big Al's Online Canada. ^^ Thanks!

    Heat Pad Size Question!

So, I'll be getting a 45g long tank, 48" by 12". Should I get a 11" by 17" heat pad? What would be a good size? Is Ultratherm a good brand? This website I found has really cheap Ultratherm UTH, so thats why I'm asking about a specific size, because they don't say "for 30-40 gallon tanks" :P Thanks!

Post pictures of your enclosures here!

I'd like some ideas on making my future corn tank look neat :D I noticed there isnt one of these kinds of threads here, so here we go! :D

    How long to feed pinkies?

I hope to get a cornsnake that is as young as possible from a breeder, and I was wondering how long I would feed it pinkie mice. I know to move up to the next size when the snake gets bigger, but for ordering-the-food purposes, it would be nice to know :D Thanks!

    Hello everyone!

I'm 16, I live in a small town, and I'm a deli clerk. I came here for info about corn snakes :) I will be getting one around the end of the month (or whenever we can get to the city 3h away), and so until then I am going to get all the supplies besides the tank and snake online slowly :) I hope...
