My guess is because we went down into the 40's last night and he's looking for a warm spot. This guy/gal was huge. I estimate about 6 feet. I got close enough for the picture, and he/she just stared at me.

Not sure what this critter is, I'm going to guess a Gopher Snake, Fox Snake, or a Prairie King Snake. (They all look similar). Can you imagine pulling up to the Gas Pump and grabbing this?

This is Rufus. He is an Amel Corn Snake that I got about a month ago. I'm not sure of his age but I am guessing about 9 to 12 months. He's about 26 inches long, and eats a hopper every Sunday morning.
