I have just checked on Seth (2 months old) and his skin is really dull in colour. I know that this could happen when sheding and I do think that he is about ready for one but I do not remember seeing his eyes go blue. Is there anything that could have caused this or is it likely to be a shed...

Wow, I have just come home and sat down at my computer, looked to the right and there is Seth sitting right next to the keyboard, curled up looking very proud of himself!! I thought my tank was escape proof but obviously not! Thank good he didn't go further, he is only about a month and a half...

The name says it all really, I had some problems with Seth's last shed so I think I must need higher humidity. So guys, what is the best way to achieve this?

I have just come home and Zeth has started to shed, about 2 cm of it has come off (His head and about 1 cm down his body) but nothing else is coming off. I have heard that this is not good. Any advice would be very helpfull. P.s this is his first shed and he is about 14" long.

Well it has been two feeds no (8 days) and still I can find nothing! There is not much for it to hide under and I have checked all the substrate and have found nothing, there isn't even a smell. Should I be worried yet or not?

I am currently feeding my 3 week old corn 1 pinky every 4-5 days. Should I be offering two? will feeding only stunt growth at all? I have heard different things from different people. Is my feeding schedule OK or should I change it at all? Any help would be appreciated :shrugs:

Wow, I just got the biggest fright of my life! I have come home and looked in the tank and thought that Zeth was missing! After moving some if the substrate around he came flying out and nearly jumped fully out of the tank! How are you supposed to know if they are hiding or missing? How long...

Well I have just finished handling my baby for the first time and it went great!! He went a bit crazy at first but once he was out the tank he was good as gold. I'm so happy right now, I did not expect it to go this well as this is my first ever snake. Below are some pics of his first adventure.

I have heard from some places that you should move you snake to a separate feeding container, true or not? :shrugs: I have only feed my baby once so far as I have only had him for about a week, should i do this or not?

Well I'm a bit new to this and I was just wondering what harm can come from feedgin corns pinky's that have not thawed properly? And don't worry I haven't done this I made sure it was completely thawed before i fed! Just wondering. :shrugs:
