Feeding Questions

I was wonder if I should coat the pinkies with a vitamin/calcium powder or just feed them regular.

Thanks

Snakes get all the nutrition they need from mice, and do not need any supplements. It won't hurt to use them once a month or so, but it isn't really necessary.

Ok thanks for the reply, I had a corn snake about 3-4 years ago and it died after a month or so. Therefore I really wanna make sure this one is in the best health it can be. It would be great if you could tell me things I could do to help the snake live a healthier and stress-free life.

Thanks

Have you already got your snake? If not, you are doing the right thing by researching FIRST. You'd be surprised at how many people buy a snake, then try to figure out how to care for it. If your other snake only lived a month, I'd say something was already wrong with it when you got it.

One more recommendation: The Cornsnake Manual, by Kathy Love, or the newer version which has a slightly different title. You'll find everything you need to know in those books.
