New member, short intro

Hi. My son is the proud new owner of a cornsnake (normal) he named "Cooly" (he's six). It's the first snake anyone in my family has ever housed, and after 2 days worth of condensed insane research my wife and I decided on a corn. My son always wanted a snake, and after he stayed home sick one evening with my wife while I took my daughter to a circus where she was photographed holding a boa, my guilty conscience and hidden desire to own a snake, along with my love for my son led us to let him buy a snake if he wanted. Of course he did and now we've had Cooly with no problems (as s usual, it seems) for over a month now. Thanks to cornsnakes.com for the forum.

Hello & welcome! Now you know pretty soon everyone in your household will need one of their own, right? Or at least that kind of reasoning is a great excuse! Enjoy the forums & I hope Cooly continues to thrive for you!

Congrats on the new addition! Happy to have you on the forum, post some pics of cooly when u get a chance.

I let my daughter get one a couple of weeks ago and now I rescued one this week. Two weeks already up to two corns. :dancer:
