So...I "introduced" Roxy and Adonis last week, and both seemed a little "put-off" by the other's presence. So I let them "room" together for a few days to see if they settled down, but nothin' doin'.

Today...I took them and put them in a breeding bin together...and we have succesful copulation!

Both are anerythristic motley het caramel and hypo.

This is actually my very first coupling. I hope these two can provide some awesome babies! In a few days, Adonis will met his OTHER girlfriend, Aphrodite, whom is also anery motley het hypo and caramel.

I am EXCITED!!!!!!

Gratz! Great looking pair. I'm jealous, but my first female (a Lava) has entered full blown "ugly" blue phase as of today, so crossing my fingers on my first hook up of the season as early as next week!

I have an Okeetee female deep in the ugly blue phase as well... my amel reacted QUITE strongly to her the other day... but she's not interested till after her skin is pretty. ;)

WOOHOO! Adonis was introduced to Aphrodite, his other girlfriend, tonight, and we had hookup number two for the 2008 season!

Fantastic news Chris! Roll on the amber motleys...

Congrats on the hook-up! Too bad that anery masks caramel, but there should be some nice ghosts in this clutch! And then there are always the future pairings with non-anerys to get those amber motleys.

Yea...but I'm fairly convinced that amel reduces the masking effect of anery, so I want to see if hypo will reduce the effect, and add a new level to the look of amber. It's my "pet project"...

Congrats on two grea breedings! I'd like to know what hypo and amel do to the masking, definitely.
