Agree, it's a normal (also known as Classic or Wild type) corn, and very pretty one! I like his dark and rich chocolate brown saddles. :)

And welcome to the forum!

looks like a normal to me, but i could be wrong. he'll probably lighten up a bit as he gets older, at least mine did.

anyways, welcome to the forum! if you have any questions, dont be afraid to ask. the people here are experts and know what their doing

A very beautiful little normal. Congratulations on your new friend, I'd love to see some more pictures!

thank you and really nice to meet all of you~^^
this boy is about 30cm long and he is pretty shy.
I think i need sometimes to get along with him..^^
I will take more pictures for him tomorrow because he just eat a pinky ^^

you should wait at leat 48 hours after he eats to handle him again. i'm sure we can wait those extra few hours if it keeps your snake from regurgitating the pink you just fed him

Nei hou ma? :)
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new corn. I'll be getting my first corn this summer. It will be a normal too. Are corns popular in Hong Kong or are they a rare breed there?

Great pictures. I'm always partial to the deep rich colors of normals. You should keep us posted with a progression thread. :crazy02:

Yup a normal, and a pretty one at that ;)

What kind of bedding are you using. looks like off colored protein pellets that we put in our cow's feed. But It looks like it works great for the snake. My snakes like to burrow and I bet they would love to have that kind of bedding. But they make there tunnels with what they have now. (cypress mulch)
