Just got all of my 09 pickups! End of the hatchling season is a nice time to shop - I know better what projects I'm interested in and have recouped some of my costs... so I can blow it all on more snakes ;)
I sold a few of my adults so I could get a lot of babies! There are snakes from 4 different breeders - all excellent to buy from!!! There's so many great sales going on now XD Should make for some really fun clutches in a few years :D

First up, a hypo opal stripe male from Walter Smith - he is PINK!... in fact I'm gonna call him "Mr. Pink" ^-^

... sorta :p When they grow a bit they'll be moved to 10 or 20 gals and finally the 1' x 3' enclosures I build :)

... still coming up with names for the first batch! XD

That Hypo Opal Stripe is awesome!

"Marv." Nice.

Chris

Thanks again for the awesome male!!! Heh, I have a huge beef with some of Frank Miller's writing but I couldn't help myself with two golddust mot ladies ;) (Sin City reference)
Originally I was planning to get a ghost stripe male and a pewter female this year, but I saw that hypo opal stripe male on Walter's list and couldn't resist...

The snopal mot gets my vote! Great job there, Chris!!! Nice pickups, Silvergrin!

That ultramel mot looks really great. :) How is the golddust mot doing?

She is/was doing great... but I don't have her now. There was a snafu with someone who was buying from me (buttermot female turned out to be a male) so I decided to send her instead to make up for it. Never a dull moment with these guys!
And then I had to pick up some more while getting those cool ghost/anery hets from brad... figured I'd get two this time just in case (and so I could name them after comic book characters!).

The ultramel mot looks amazing, definitely is / will be one of my brightest snakes (I think my creamstripe might provide some competition)! Thanks for the babies :)

You got some gorgeous babies!
Thanks! Going for quad+ genetics, or ones that I can eventually produce some cool quad genetics with. I love diverse clutches!

Listen, you can't breed them and make more beautiful snakes, or I'm going to come with one after every Dupage expo... LOL

They're all gorgeous; I'm loving the gold dusts... Congrats!

Thanks danielle, goldtop, suzy!!!

Emily1188 - you're safe for about 2-3 years... maybe ;)
I didn't get much last year, "just" an amel stripe 66% het caramel & diffused from Kathy Love! Her name is Agatha and I'll be testing her with Tarvek (bloodred) and/or Gilgamesh (butter het anery mot), maybe this coming season, maybe in another year...

I have been there and definitely understand that. Glad you got some stuff from Brad he has/had some great animals.

Although motley is not my favorite I have to say that this circleback snopal is amazing!!!

Congrats on the new babies! :)

They're all awesome! I really love the hypo opal stripe and the diffused lavender! Congrats on them all! :D

Awesome batch, Adie. They are beautiful. That snopal has such a great pattern and I love the look of the diffused lavender! Great hets on those ghosts and anerys, you'll have fun with those! Nice golddusts, also. I especially like the 2nd one - she has a neat pattern on her side, like arrowheads. And that ultramel is BRIGHT! Oh, and the color on that hypo opal is gorgeous . . . . ~LOL~ Not sure I can pick a favorite!

Oh, and I FINALLY got the golddust out for photos today, so I will post those soon :) (psst, Mike, I have her ~LOL~)

Well, they are all beauties, but of course my favorite is the hypo opal stripe!!! What a cutie!!!
