look what i woke up to

When I awoke this morning I went to check on the snakes temps like I do first thing every morning and look what I found.

The little shed is from Willie, which was not expected. He was just in blue yesterday morning!
The big one is from Jewels..finally!! We figured it would happen last night because we were checking on Apollo since he just came out of blue the other day and he was in the process of his first shed with us. When he was done and we checked him over for any remaining skin, we got out Jewels who has had an attitude since we got her on the 9th. She was much calmer and even was still for a few minutes when I held her--which she never has been. When we put her back in her viv, she stayed out of her hide-which she always retreats to after being put back in. But we didn't get to watch this one like we were hoping to. But we are so glad she finally shed.

Cool, it is always so nice to see them shed and shed well. It just seems to calm your worries that your not looking after them well enough, good sheds just seem to say good care. I know not necessarily the case but that is at least one sign of good health and good care. So I understand your excitement.
