I bought this lovely young lady on a reptile show yesterday. Just a quick pick before I put her in her viv to recover from the journey :)
I absolutely love her colours!
I do think she's a little thin, but in a few days I can start putting some weight on her.

Thanx. I've been passing by her viv all day to watch her. She's been so nice to go and lie somewhere where I can at least partially see her without disturbing her.
I am ridicoulously pleased :D
I'm sure you guys know the feeling :D

Thanks everybody. Still completely agreeing here :)
I'm looking forward to feeding her, I hope she eats well. Maybe you can see in the pic that she is kinda thin. I would love for her to plump up a bit.
We'll see....

Very beautiful milk lady you have there!...
what a great pick up!!..
I can't wait to see her put on some weight and grow!..
keep us posted for sure!!

I should update this, but not good news unfortunately :(
My little one already passed away...

After unpatiently waiting, finally came the time I could feed her. She wolfed her pinky down in a matter of seconds! And regurged the next day :(
My first regurge... I learned here how to deal with this, so I waited 10 days, then gave her the smallest pinky I could find, with a few slits in it. That was better, she ate it as quickly as the first one, and this time digested it fine.
Next feeding same thing, so me happy.
A few days later she was dead :(
I don't think it had anything to do with the last feeding, as it had been 4 days since she ate, and she pooped fine in the mean time.

Temps and stuff are like my other ones, and they thrive, so I guess that's ok. I hadn't been handeling her much yet, as I wanted her to get some flesh on her bones without me harassing her too much.

Maybe this will teach me not to buy visibly thin babies, even when they are beautifull :(

tnx. I'm even a little surprised I feel this bad about a baby I didn't even have that long.
It's the first one dying in my care since I started keeping snakes :(

Ah, (running to the currency convertor), I paid about 88 dollars for her. I've seen them more expensive, but not really much. Kinda normal price here. I don't know what they cost on the other side of the pond...
