'02 1.1 Silver Queen Ghosts

Very nice!

Pretty snakes!
Yet, I have a question. I'm a newbie and still learning.
What makes these corns Silver Queens and not Lavendars? And what of the yellow on the underbelly?
Clue me in, please ;).
Thanks!

Very Pretty

That girl looks like she would prefer to take a bit out of you. LOL. I have a pair of 02 silver queens and they are both a bit fiesty.

henifer,

Silver Queens come from selective breeding and are Ghosts (Anery and Hypo). Lavenders come from a different gene completely. Check out Serpenco for the full story.

Silver Queens

Lavenders

Some yellow coloration under the throat is common on many morphs, including Anerys, Snows and Amels.

gardenmum,

Must be in the genes. My silver queen has acquired many nicknames, none of which are suitable to list here. ;)

Very Pretty

I love the look of these Ghosts.

I've only had my pair for a couple weeks but they both have attitude. I'm sporting a new set of teeth prints from the little male he got me 3 times this morning. All I was doing was trying to give him fresh water, little brat:p
