2010 Buttermint & Peppermint

Walter Smith

CRAZY BOUT' CORNS !!
Someone just emailed asking about how the Buttermint was doing, so I shot a couple fast pics. I figured I would post them so everyone could see, but they aren't the best images.

It's surprising to me how the Cinder trait makes these so subtle in coloration. I would have thought a bit more yellow coloration would have been present on the Buttermint, of course they still have alot more growing to do, so things could certainly change over the course of time.

Anyway.............here they are. These are brothers.

1st. Pic. ~ Buttermint
2nd. Pic. ~ Buttermint & Peppermint comparison.

Wow!

These are sweet corns but the buttermint is really really cool. He's like a yellow version of his brother :)

Thanks for sharing.

beauties both
would love to see a pic of the peppermint alone
although it is the two together that is so striking

Amazing! That buttermint is just stunning! The two of them together is overwhelming. Now I have a couple more to add to the Want list. =P

WOW!! The subtle coloration of the buttermint is amazing! It's going to be very interesting to see what happens when he matures.

OK, so I dont really find myself wanting Cinders...

I think I want tsome of those!

Great animals Walter!

I guess Cinder needs to be in my collection at some point in time.

Mine are still to small for next year. This past year has been nothing but set backs for me. It feels like I am pushed back further than a year sometimes. But such is life. I hope you get a good mixed bag with them Walter. I also hope that they are def het for Anery too. That should make things interesting.

Your evil Susan. Raising my pocket fuzz with toe jam. I match your toe jam with some carpet scraps. Don't make me get my binder out. :nyah:

He's growing up very nicely Walter, mine is showing more colour still but then again he is a lot smaller by the looks of him (my boy has unfortunately been an awful feeder so far). Be interesting to compare them once mine has grown on a bit.

I LOVE the peppermint.
Wouldn't mind having one of those in the future, for sure!

The buttermint is pretty neat too.

Do you have a Buttermint? If so, I would love to see a pic. for comparison.
