A couple of Corn Snake articles.

Here are a pair of articles that discuss Corn Snakes. The first one, by Connie Hurley, I find to be very fascinating and holds a lot of potential for improving growth and health of captive hatchling snakes, like Corns, that typically don’t eat a lot of newborn mice in the wild.

Hurley, Connie D.V.M. 2004. How Big of a Hindrance is Skin? (Original Research section). There’s Just...Something About Corns 1(3): 6-7.

The second article below has some more general ratsnake info, with a Corn section:

Switak, Karl. 2004. The Life and Times of North American Ratsnakes. Reptiles USA, Annual publication: 82-91.

I also have a BUNCH of old reprints on Corn Snakes that I am sending to Don Soderberg to help with his forthcoming book, some of which I have already scanned. I may upload some of those here. Let me know if you are interested in having them e-mailed to you.

Cheers!
