I know the Munson plan is stickied over in the Munson forum, but given how often it's linked, shouldn't there be a stickied link to it here?
 
Pretty much, except you have to be somewhat conscious of the size of the kingsnake's head. Smaller kingsnakes just don't seem to be quite as stretchy (in the jaw) as cornsnakes. I haven't raised a lot of kings/milks, but I'll go with multiple smaller mice equalling the weight of a single Munson Plan mouse, for a king. Until it is an adult, anyway. For example, I might feed two fuzzies rather than one hopper for a while.
 
Thanks. My boyfriend always has a hard time figuring out what to feed his kingsnake. He is a few months older than my one year old corn and he is a whole lot smaller than her. So, I'm not much help with helping him figure it out.
 
With a kingsnake a good rule of thumb is a prey size the same diameter as the snake, at the widest part, or two prey items smaller than the snake, at the snake's widest part.

"Munson Plan" into google, and the first link is to page 5 of the Munson Plan thread. Now all you gotta do is go to page 1, and you have it...

This is usually how I always find the darn thing.
