A friend of Megan's came by a few weeks ago to take photos of Grendel for me. Naturally, he was DEEP in blue when she arrived, but she made the best of it and got some stunning photos!

I tried to pick my favorites to post, but I just couldn't, so here's a TON of pics. I saved the best for last!!

Thank you everyone! Grendel still makes my breath catch on a regular basis, just by existing. Not when he's trying to eat me through the front of his boaphile, but when he's out and about, or stretched out with his head perched on the rim of his cage, looking out at the world. My favorite snake.

Grendel is an Eastern Indigo! He's just like that in reality to(at least to me)....gorgeous and a little intimidating. He's really quite friendly though, except at feeding time.
