What does IMO mean? What are the 1.0 1.1 0.1 thhingys for when u are listing ur snakes and any other terms u guys use that i might not know would be great for u to explain some for me.

IMO = In My Opinion.
AFAIK = As Far As I Know
DYK = Did You Know
RI or URI = Respiratory Infection or Upper Respiratory Infection

1.0 = 1 male
0.1 = 1 female
1.1 = 1 male, 1 female
0.0.1 = 1 unknown gender

I'm just learning myself, so others can explain in more detail. IMO means In My Opinion, and the 1.0 1.1 0.1 things relate the the sex of a type of snake. For example a 1.1 pair of corn snakes would mean one male (1.0) and one female (0.1). The 1st number is the number of males, the 2nd number is the number of females, and if there's a 3rd number it represents the number of unsexed snakes.
So say I have six baby corn snakes, 2 are male, three are female, and one has not been sexed. It would register as 2.3.1 on the number thingies. I hope this helps, I may not have explained it quite as well as other could have.

ROFL = Rolling On the Floor Laughing
LOL = Laugh Out Loud
LMAO = Laughing My A$$ Off
BTW = By The Way

As in BTW, this is a great idea for a thread, I get confused myself sometimes.
