Hey guy's, I could use a little help. I have an adult that has not eaten in three month's. Before this he ate weekly with vigor.I am not sure about his age,was an adult w/c in 2005. Appears healthy,just shed. Wondering what to do and if I should be worried. Also just removed him from the same room as two adult females thinking this might have some effect on him. Thanks, Lee

Well I would just feed him first, a nice and hot mouse and if he refused give it to one of the female.
I think we will eat for you soon.
 
Probably just mating season hunger strike. It will drive you insane the first season they do it!!! I'd offer every two or three weeks till he starts feeding again, and have a female as a back-up so you aren't wasting mice.
 
Typical male off food. Mine would routinely stop for 3-5 months. No problems. Offer every couple of weeks and usually I'd do it on feeding day so if he didn't take it someone else will. Just heat up enough for the ones that are eating and offer him one at that time. They'll start up again at some point. I've rarely had a lot of weight loss.
 
Just listen to what these nice people say and you will be fine....most of my boys aren't eating yet either....
 
yea my big boy isnt eating either, but i rack it up to mating season i hope he feeds today though cause he is getting pissy tried to eat my hand earlier but i ws quicker then him.. lol
