Adult Snow Corn Adopted! Please advise on head wound?

Hey everyone,

Its been a LONG time since i posted here, and my snakes are growing well! I have recently had an adult female snow donated to me, and she has a strange scale deformation or wound on her head. I'm not sure exactly what it is, and would appreciate any advice. I have been treating it as a wound. She is a beautiful animal and i would love to get her 100% healthy ASAP!

Thanks in advance for your input and responses...

OC ;)

Oh and i put a picture of KAA on there for those of you who remember him. Hes still growing strong and eating full-sized mice at 1 year old!

If it is a wound, the best treatment would be polysporin (not neosporin) in combination with any otc reptile medicine containing jojoba cactus. Hope this helps.

If it is an open wound still, some triple antibiotic cream will help it to heal over. Other than that, just wait for time (and a few sheds) to grown the scales back.

Nice Jungle BTW. He has some awesome colors. :)

looks just like a missing scale wont it just heal when the snake has shead? could use the vets? very nice snake though. i want to get me one need to save some more pennys though.
