Advice?

The humidity this year is rediculous. I've been suspecting that it is just too high and I was right so I am in need of some advide . I need some ideas to drop the vivarium humidity by at least 12%. Help would be appreciated.

Either a picture or even the most basic description of your set-up would go a long way to helping someone give you advice. But in the same amount of time that it would take you to describe your set-up or get pictures, you can do a search on humidity. There are lots of threads pertaining to both raising and lowering humidity that just might answer your question.

well i dont know much about your setup but i think having a small fan to circulate the air right over the "viv/tub/ect" would help take away some humidity..

just a thought..

Thanks, I tried the search thing and found alot about the ideal humidity and dropping or raising it a bit but I was hopeing for a more drastic measure. I'll do spend some more time on the search.

I really think that I got overly worried there but I'll describe them all the same. All of them are glass with mesh tops @ 5g, 10g and 20g and are currently not being exposed to an unnatural heat source as the ambient temp. has been ideal for them (if uncomfortable for me) throughout the day and night and I lack airconditioning. They all have diferent hides ( wood, plastic or cardboard), Aspen for all of them, two of them have slight simulations of vegitation and all of them have water dishes on the smaller end.

Sorry for jumping the gun guys but this really is an issue of attepting to decrease the humidity in the appartment which , when it comes right down to it, might just take a month or two.
