i just got my first corn snake this christmas and she shed her skin for the first time about a week and a half ago... since then i've offered her several pinkie mice and she has not eaten at all. Before the shed she was a great eater and never turned down a pink. Is this normal for corn snakes or what?

Have you checked she shed in one piece? If not this could be making her feel a little unconformable.

Check around her eyes and her tail especially her eyes because if she still has shed around the eyes or on the eyes she could become blind.

If this is not the problem then you should maybe try to different things to get her to eat like braining but that is kinda horrible haha.Oh and how long ago did she shed and how often do you feed her and remember don't handle her after a feed or during shed.

her shed came off in one piece, checked the eyes and tail and they came off too. i feed her every 4-5 days so she should have eaten by now.
