Albino Garter Snake mixed with Corns??

i was visiting petco today and noticed a nice looking albino or snowish looking baby corn. It began moving and I noticed that it had a weird looking head and huge eyes. On it's back it did not have saddles. Instead it had lots of checkers. I realized it is not a corn snake. After looking at pics online I have concluded that it is a baby garter snake, most likely an eastern, and it is definately an albino. Its skin is almost clear with a pinkinsh hue. Some light yellow that almost glows. It also had eyes so dark read it looked like blood drops. My question is this, would this be an animal worth purchasing? Is it rare to find this morph in the pet trade? Any answers on this animal or anyone with garter snakes in general would be appreciated.

I wouldn't want to get a garter snake from petco, much less any snake. It doesn't suprise me that they had them housed together, because as far as they know, they both eat crickets.
