An amel. Could be a fluorescent amel, but I haven't seen enough adults to be absolutely positive. Fluorescent, like candy cane and reverse okeetee, is a line-bred trait of amel and was originally pioneered by Rich Z, if I remember correctly.
 
I don't know if he is a fluorescent, but he sure looks like it to me! He's very bright and has some nice thick white borders for not being an RO. Beautiful.
 
Thank you, yes he is much brighter than my Amels but I hadn't heard much of anything about flourescents so I wasn't sure if it existed LOL
 
Yup, genetically he's just an amel. However, I agree that he does look like a fluorescent, which as Robbie said, is just a line bred amel. Great looking guy!
