Always Anxiety

Moving 2 of my babies up to hoppers tonight. I know they can handle them, but there is always that anxiety moving up the sizes. It's the first feed that always kills me. Silly nerves I probably should have moved them up a couple of feeds ago but I'm so over protective of my babies!!!

Yeah I hear you. IME that's the hardest jump for them to make.

I don't move mine up to hoppers until they are over 80 grams and I start with small hoppers, but I'm not trying to grow them out fast to breed either.

Mine are almost 100g. They have been finishing my last stash of fuzzies so I've doubled them up at feedings. But now the fussies are gone and the hoppers are ready. Nail biting! I will be watching EVERY second.

Yup! I know they can take them. It's just my nerves. I get this way every time. 9 snakes you think I'd have gotten over it by now!

Just like butter. They went down with out issue. Silly nerves! Although both of them tried to eat the mouse bum first. That wasn't going to work well, but they figured it out right quick.
