It looks like you have amels and a snow. The amel that is lighter will probably continue to develop color until it looks more like the others. Since pigment is one of the last things to develop it can change even as a hatchling.

One kind of an Amel u got there congrats!

Can´t wait to see pics of her when she shed a few times!
 
I hatched an amel motley this year that had coloring very similar to that one. It wasn't premature...just wierd. After her first shed, the reds and oranges darkened in a bit. I can only assume this will continue...

When I first saw her, I thought she was the reddest snow I had ever seen. Turns out she isn't, just an oddly colored amel.

I've hatched a couple of very light Amels like that in the past. I've kept them to see what happened, and after two or three sheds they were a pretty standard Amel colour.
