i've got an amel that i know for sure that she isnt a creamsicle, well the breederi got her from said she wasnt a cream for sure. However, she has a real orangy look to her. Her background color is really really pale yellow, almost a bad candycane. I think the range can go from one to the other on the intensity of the red. That being said, unless you know her lineage, there's no sure fire way to tell.
 
She is very beautiful and yes, I think she looks Creamsicle.
As So Pirate55 said, you just won't know without her genetic history.
If there is any Emoryi in the lineage, then she has to be called a Creamsicle.
