Anery A and B question

I have been studing the various genetics for some of the morphs and was was wondering what you would get if an Anery A was crossed with an Anery B. My theroy is normals het for Anery A and Anery B. If 2 of those babies were then bred together what would the results be? I assume there would be Normals, Anery A and Anery B, but what would the babies that were both Anery A and B look like? Is this even possibe? I tried searching for any posts about this, but Anery is a very common ke word.
Thanks,

Excelolent question! That one has lingered in the back of my brain as well. I believe your assumptions are all correct, but I have no idea what a snake homozygous for both anery A and B would look like either. I don't know if one type over-shadows the other or not, or if you could even be able to tell the difference between ANY of the anery hatchlings in that F2 generation. I have no experience with charcoal hatchlings, other than those I've bought, and my oldest is an '03 female. All the males with charcoal genes are '04s, so I could possibly run an experiment with the '03 female her first year...I do have PLENTY of anery A and ghost males. I MAY decide to breed her to a zigzag though...but I have plenty of time yet to decide.

i thought anery A and B (charcoal) weren't compatible??

here's the results of breeding normals het for anery and charcoal back to one another:
9/16 Normal 66% poss.het. Anerythristic
66% poss.het.Charcoal
3/16 Anerythristic 66% poss.het. Charcoal
3/16 Charcoal 66% poss.het. Anerythristic
1/16 Anerythristic Charcoal

you can tell the difference between an anery and a charcoal at birth by their coloration. If you do a search you could come up with a pic. I'm pretty sure Rich had a pic in his forum comparing the two. However if an animal was homozygous for both, it would most likely be extremely hard to tell. If anyone has produced what they think may be one plz let us know!

PS: tat2d1, i got the same results. There is still a small chance that you could get an animal homo for both...

Its assumed that anery a will mask charcoal if the two genetics were combined. So it'll just look like another anery a. I've norticed though in some of my breeding trials, normals from my anery a/anery b cross had more of a dirty wash of melanin than other normal hatchlings. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the mutiple anery bloodlines they carry, but its just an observation I've made.
