Another Shedding Question. SRY I KNOW I KNOW

Hi all,
Anubis was later this time going into blue. I know its because he is older but when he finally went into blue he was in it for longer then usual. He finally cleared up from it but still no shed. From the time he started goin in blue to today as been 14 days and still no shed. Should I be worried. Is this normal? Please Help. Tks

Don't worry... I've had my snake in shed for some time as well. Just make sure to have the humidity up a bit or make him a humid hide if he decides to shed. :)

My snake is still young (10 mos) but Ive been told by other senior members that the older ones can take a pretty long time to shed. Two weeks doesnt sound too long. If he "cleared up from it" then he is in clear (pre-shed). This will be a few days or so until he actually sheds. Mine has been in "clear" for 5 days now and he was in blue for 7 before that so not to worry yet. Make sure he has proper humidity 40-60% and something with a rough surface to shed against, oh and a large enough water dish so he can soak in if he feels he needs more moisture to help him shed. Maybe a misting and a moist hide (damp paper towels) if you would like but if your humidity is ok you really dont need it. Let us know when he actually does the "deed" LOL
