I have 2 male and female both over a year old the female is a bit smaller. I just need to put them together for the next 2-3 weeks till the closing goes through on my new house I just moved 1300 miles to Florida and am living in a bedroom with my girlfriend 2 dogs a cat 4 corn snakes 2 boas and 2 geckos and a frog. I have 18x18x18 gecko tanks and no place to put 2 of them so I want to set up one tank for the 2 of them. Here is a pic for size of the 2 of them. Any thoughts on good or no good. I don't intend for them to breed but if they do it is ok.

Ok together they go I guess I will have super dalmation reverse pinstripes for sale in a whole.

Males will fight if put together. They will be even more prone to fighting if a female is present.
The dominant male will breed with the female continuously possibly endangering the females health.
As Damon (cornsnakeforsale_com) suggested, I would get temporary housing to keep them separated. The tub he put the link for will work fine especially for other uses after or if you do plan on expanding your Cresties then I suggest this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/Rubbermaid-14-Gallon-56-Quart-Access-Medium-Tote-Set-of-2/23014750

I agree with the above responses. You will also want to watch closely ad sometimes they just don't get along, and one might bully the other one (regardless of sex) or sometimes they just stress from having another gecko in with them.
I'd keep a close eye on weights for both of them and if one starts losing weight at all, separate them.

It's a good idea to give the female a break from the male, as he will likely try to continue to breed her.
I have close to 20 geckos, babies included, and each has their own enclosure.

I modify 10 gallon tanks for mine. Planted for the males, non planted for females.
Apparently my images from my phone are too large to upload.
I will try to post pics of my tanks later.

I just reread the post.
If the female is the smaller one, do not put them together. She is too small to breed and you'd be risking her health and safety. Males can get kinda aggressive in breeding, and if the female is too small physically and not mature enough, that can be pretty traumatic for them.

Ok I did a bit or resurch and they are both of age and size to breed the male is just really big I did introduce them and watch I can tell you the male is not aggressive but they are acting kinda like a screen door in a wind storm. When we get the new house they will go back to having their own enclosures and we will see what happens from their. Yes the female looks small in that pic but I do have huge hands helping that.

See big hand no forced perspective either. That's my hand on my iPad holder to take a pic normal sized I pad too.

2 to 3 weeks together could be detrimental to the females health. Male cresties are NOT gentle lovers either :) They can do damage to a female especially one smaller than him even if she is of breeding age.
Have a back-up plan to separate them.
Breeding Cresties should be a thought out process. Have you looked at her calcium sacs to make sure she is ready for egg production? Also a lay box is needed plus a way to incubate the eggs. ETC, etc, well you get my point :)

Great looking Cresties BTW. They will make some gorgeous babies

Females are generally not mature enough under 2yrs of age. As with most reptiles, males can breed younger, but for the health and safety of the female, they have the guidelines as we do for Corns.
