Anyone know the diameter of Exo Terra Heat Cable

Laying out my plans for a DIY Viv and hoping to construct my own heating panels using Exo Terra Heat Cables. The current plan is to drop the cable into an aluminum plate that has a channel sized for the wire and the back side will be Delrin. The delrin will insulate the wood side (Viv) and the aluminum should radiate the heat to the interior side.

I don't have ready access to the cables and hoping someone can post the diameter of the cable and the dimater and length of the cable termination on the hot end.

Thanks

I drove to several pet stores including a dedicated reptile store. No luck on finding the cables. I downloaded the manual and read through the exo terra website. I think I'll be moving to a different solution. I can't find the cables locally and I've noticed obvious mistakes on the website and in the manual I downloaded. Such as the 7m cable being listed as 22.5". I believe this should be in feet. I also see a minimum parallel wire distance of 1-1/4" is specified and the diagram shows a full bend radii. This translates to a bend radii of 5/8" yet, the manual states a minimum bend radii of 2" putting the parallel wire distance at 4". This doesn't allow for a lot of heating in my 12" sq. pad (12 x 36") enclosure.

I'm now leaning towards a reptipad covered by 1/4" aluminum plate, relieved for the cable and fastened to the inside floor. The aluminum should radiate the heat pretty efficiently , prevent direct contact with my corn snake and allow me to attach a temp probe directly to it.
