Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

Are you kidding me??

While I agree, I would not have slammed the snakes head against the bucket, these people are not trained in handling large snakes, and many people are afraid of snakes, especially large ones. They could have killed the snake out of fear, but thankfully, they didn't.

I'd hope the reptile place considers filtering employees more, or training them in the event that they do have to handle the snakes.

I agree, but this particular person "took it upon themselves" without asking permission to feed her...I agree that proper handling techniques should be taught to those who don't know.

I can't say what I really think of this hopefully soon to be former employee because the language would make a sailor blush.

I hope the snake is okay.

All things considered, what would be the most expedient and safest way (for both human and snake) to detach a snake that is biting?

P.S. I understand why the fireman felt a sense of urgency with her screaming in pain and claiming it was to the bone. Once they had the snake unwrapped it was only a matter of time until the snake let go. Obviously, she was not as injured as she claimed (and probably believed) if she was released for work the next day. I understand I'm not her but I would have been screaming "don't hurt the snake, it's not her fault. This was my stupid. It hurts but I'll be fine."
