IMHO, I do not believe this is an Aztec. I have several in my collection and at least the one in the pic above does not look anything like what I've seen.
If you get a chance, look at Rich's 2001 hatchling list. Click on the word Aztec/ZigZag. Scroll down and I believe you will see what an Aztec looks like.

I wouldn't call it aztec at all. I'd call it a "partial zigzag."
Zigzag isn't a straight on/off trait, so it takes selective breeding to increase the zigging more and more. If you have another, you should be able to produce more of the same. If the other one has about that same amount of zigging, some would have more and some would have less zigging.
