Well, maybe not a lot but 1 of my 5 eggs started hatching! These eggs are from my amel female and my normal male. The first baby looks to be a normal. There could be some hets in there so we will see!

I got a few pictures of the little head coming out but I could only see the chin area! I will take more picks later in the afternoon when I get home!

Thanks for looking!

Great snake chin, Dave!

Hey, about that other thing- someone promised to bring me ice packs, then didn't, so I will buy them on the way home tonight.

Awwwwwww, yeah! More babies! Your parents must be thrilled with the plethora of new snakes in their house! :grin01: Have you had to take over your sister's room yet to house these lil'ones? :)

Thanks Christina! Haha, they thinks its great I enjoy it! They will soon need to go in my sisters room! Haha, she wouldn't mind too much...she loves to help out with them. If I still have the babies in 2 months then I will need to get some more Corn Condos because I am expecting 10 more in October!

It looks like the little guy has chosen to go out of the other slit! So his head it now more visable. I will be back around 2 or so and will check on them. Look for more picks by the end of the day!

Thanks Everyone!!!!!

Big Congrats! It is awesome getting to see them pip, isn't it?

It is awesome! Because I missed my other clutch hatch it is even cooler!

Update: The first guy is SLOW! He still hasn't made any progress but one more egg started to pip. This little guy was so shy I couldn't get any pictures. Ill try in a few hours or later tonight!

Congrats on the latest clutch and for getting to watch them hatch out this time! It is definitely worth the wait when you get to see them slit the egg, push their noses out for the first time, and then see what they are as they emerge - though not all hatchlings are nice enough to do all of that while watching. lol

Looking forward to seeing more pictures!

Jenn

Thanks Everyone!!!

Just got home and nothing had really happened. Both babies are sticking their heads out but are too shy to emerge completely! I am sure overnight something will happen and then I will get some picks!

When I woke up and I checked there were 2 babies completely out and 1 more pipping! So here are some picks of the two babies. One of them has a cool pattern on their body like their mommy!
