OK... Here is the A clutch. I cannot tell you the exact hets of the parents because I did not hatch them myself but you should be able to get a good idea by looking at the offspring they produced from this batch.

Are you shipping through Ship Your Reptiles?

It looks like clutch A is a Classic het Snow X Stripe het snow
That means all the babies are het stripe poss het snow

Clutch B is a Classic het Snow X Snow

No on the shipping with ship your reptiles. I was planning on shipping them myself via USPS Express.

Thanks for the info on the clutches now can you explain to me a little on how exactly you can tell that?

I understand this partially I think... You know the male is het snow because he produced snow babies with the snow female and that means that his offspring with non-snow will be possible het for snow, correct? The babies with him and the stripe we know are het for stripe because their mom was stripe, right?

The other batch all will have the het for snow because their mom was snow?

Now another question since we talked about morphs in the other thread. Can you tell me what the morphs of these little ones are?

FYI, USPS will not let you ship reptiles. To ship reptiles, you will have to get certified with FedEx or use Ship Your Reptiles.

The white babies (with no black and no red) are snows. The ones with red but no black are Amels. The ones with no red but just black and white are Aneries. The ones with black and red are classics.

You are right on your understanding of how I figured out the genetics. The snakes may have more hidden hets that just haven't showed up, too, possibly. Having a clutch hatch with surprise genes show up is so exciting! Your male has hets for Amel and Anery (snow). That is a good surprise.
Now, there is a chance that the male carries the stripe gene and it just didn't show up this time... But the chances arent good. It is hard to disprove a gene.

Hope this all makes sense. Been a long day.

Makes perfect sense. I have a FedEx shipping account so I'll see what is involved in getting certified to ship with them. Shipyourreptiles.com certainly seems to make the shipping very overpriced.

Unfortunately it's not. That is what it is. I find that ship your reptiles is only a dollar or two more than what I can get shipping through fedex and I am certified. Shipping sucks.

Well then for now shipping available via shipyourrieptiles.com so if your interested in anyone pm me your zip code for a quote.

hmm...i'm interested in B05...not interested enough to buy another one yet but, god forbid, if my current snake ends up not being a good feeder or something and i take him back to petco i might buy yours. zip code 14527 give me a quote.

Thanks for your interest. That snake is an excellent eater and all the snows are very docile compared to the darker ones. They didn't even strike during their early days. Shipping to 14527 would be $66.54
