Baby Corns

Yes I'm new to this site and new to corns. So here I go, I've had a ball python for 2 years now and I can honestly say I love that snake as much as anybody could love there dogs or cats. But as recently as last wednesday I met a guy on craigslist and it turns out he's a breeder. Anyway I ended up paying only $20 for both of them and they seem to be doing great. they are both females from the same clutch, and are about 4 months old. I named them Pinky and the Brain, beacuse "Pinky" is the smaller of the 2 and she is an Albino Okeetee, and "Brain" is an Okeetee both with beautiful markings.

One thing I was wondering though, "Pinky" has a clear/silver diamond on the very top of her head, which from my expierence about corn snakes, which is still little, I have never seen even a picture of a corn with a silver diamond on it's head.

If it is just a unique marking, what do you think the chances are it will grow with her?

Do you have a picture?

Markings usually don't change as they grow older. But the colors do.

Is this a non-negative post I see double het? :grin01: I agree though, would be nice to see some pics of this :)

This marking will probably go white as the snake gets bigger. I have a Reverse Okeetee and her borders were bluish (I suppose silverish) for quite a while, now they are going whiter with each shed.

Markings grow with the snake. :)

Congrats on your new snakies! :D

Pics will be posted when I find my camera's base so that I can get them off the camera. Anyway albino's, and RO's are different correct? the RO's still have the black eyes, and are more white correct?

I haven't been able get a pick of the spot yet, I don't think my camera is good enough, and she is still really small. I will be looking at the photography page this week to see if I can take it
