My first corn snake just arrived. He's beautiful. I also just fed him his first meal with no problems. Thanks Rich!

Congratulations

on your new corn, it looks like a very nice one, rich colors. (you do know that you can never have just one);)
Happy herping!

You better find a room in your house to convert to a "snake room" , I am waiting for 6 and 7 to arrive soon. I started with my first in Feb. Now I am going to build a rack so I can get more. (Got to get mates for everyone):D

Nice :) . I got my first corn (red albino too) on the 6th as well (my bday heheh). Will have a pic up tonight. Congrats on him.

addictive

I thought i would just have one little female snow, but corns ae addictive! Now i'm planning to breed her to my fairly new amel. stripe in the spring. ?snow stripes?

Is there somewhere on the internet that would explain to me about the colorations when you breed them? Like if i were to breed an albino, with a non albino, would the hatchlings come out albino, like some or even all of them? Or is it also up to the type of corn it's bred to?

To answer your question quickly, an Amel with a non-Amel would give you Normal looking snakes that are carriers of the Amel gene.
