I'm thinking about getting some medium-sized magnetic ledges for my scalebabies, and wanted to get some opinions. These are the ones that look like rock ledges (or mushrooms - saw those, too), and "clamp" on the glass side of the enclosures with magnets. I didn't see any sharp edges that might cause injury. The glass on my enclosures is thinner than aquarium glass (for lighter weight). Who has used these? Are you happy with them? No cracked glass? Any cleaning issues? Would you recommend?

Scalebabies? I have a few magnetic ledges and one that is perma-glued on all of them are great for my crested geckos especially but I have a few corns who thought they were tree snakes when the ledges where in their tanks lol just got to be careful with putting the magnets back on that no toes or other extremities are in between the two parts and the glass.

OMG those sound brilliant! I was trying to think of a less permanent way to add perches and ledges, I'm going to have to look into actually either making something or buying something.

I have several of these, and I love them! They are easy to move, easy to clean and my corns use them. I would recommend the rock over the mushroom. The rock has a flatter top (curved slightly downward on the mushroom), which means the snakes tend to hang out on those more. I just ordered some more.

My crested tanks use a lot of the magnetic ledges (nothing sticks to the PVC walls), and they make magnetic plant fixtures as well, so you could put together quite the jungle gym for a corn snake. They are easy to move, easy to clean, and generally popular with my cresties. Pangea Reptile carries a wide selection of them, including feeding ledges with empty spaces for cups - might be a cool place for a snake to curl up...

I used a small turtle dock in the same manor, I just secured the dock to the bracket with hit glue and it works great! and I just hung a large exotic terra silk vine over it to hide the bracket aswell as give him some privacy. :)

I seen the mushroom and rock one, and was going to order but then I seen this, and it works the same!

just thought I would let you guys know!
